Free shipping on orders over £60.
If your item is in stock at our UK warehouse, delivery typically takes 3 business days.

If your item ships from one of our overseas partners, please allow:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Note:
Most of our products are fulfilled by our international partners in China and South Korea.
While we hold limited stock in our UK warehouse, many orders are shipped directly from overseas to ensure a broader product selection.
We appreciate your understanding and are working to expand local inventory for quicker deliveries.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched (typically within 3–5 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for the tracking link to become active.


Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different locations.
You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.


Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.


Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

If your purchase includes pre-order or backordered items, your full order will be shipped when all items become available — unless otherwise stated.

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, both processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
